The kids are on holiday, the sunshine is out, and the pollen level is high–it can only mean one thing: Easter is approaching! Some wonderful events are on for this week, including two very special Easter egg hunts in gorgeous settings. Have a lovely week!

All week

The beautifully minimalist local sandal brand, ShoppingTherapy, is previewing their newest collection this week at Spot2B! Get your brain & closet in summer mode and be sure to stop by!

La Fourchette restaurant festival continues on–but this is the last week to benefit from exclusive deals and offers, so grab a date (or a few) and go out to eat!

Get a head start on Easter at the Easter Egg hunt at the Nest museum in Vevey!

Check out the inspiring outdoor exhibition, Moi Aussi, photographed by the talented Hayley Hay.

Atelier d’art urbain: 13-18 year-olds are invited by the city to learn about urban art and try out graffiti art for themselves (lasts all week until Friday).

Go feed the animals with your littles and pause with a sweet treat, at Signal de Bougy this Wednesday and Saturday.

Discover the works of Bach right here in Lausanne’s St. Francois church for an exclusive concert this Wednesday and Thursday.

Get down (but silently), at the one and only Lacustre! BBQ on the terrace, and good beats in your headphones at their silent disco. Reserve your table to ensure you’ve got a sweet spot.

L’Instant B is officially opening their terrace–so go have some truffle fries and a cocktail and revel in the (hopeful) sunshine!

It’s that time of year again when 27,720 Swiss eggs are strategically placed in Ouchy to create a giant mosaic. Starts Friday and lasts the entire weekend, with plenty of animations for the whole family too.

There’s a street food festival happening on the Esplanade de Montbenon this weekend!

Easter Sunday

What’s better than an Easter Egg Hunt at a castle? The Château de Gruyères is welcoming kids from 2 years and up to participate in an adorable hunt surrounded by gorgeous scenery.

You can also look for Easter Eggs in the picture perfect gardens of Château de Vullierens, then stay as a family for brunch.
