We hope that everyone had a wonderful looong weekend. We’ve been in warmer temps gorging ourselves on Italian pasta and French cheese. But we’re happy to be home because it’s sunny days from here, right?! Okay, we may be getting ahead of ourselves, but at least the spring events are picking up and some of our favorite outdoor spots are opening for the season. How early is too early to start drinking rosé?

  • It’s school holiday time, and if you’re looking for activities to do with your kids, check out the program put together by the museums in Vaud. Not sure who would enjoy this more – the kids or their parents!
  • Looking for a way to help your community AND get some exercise? Why not help with one of several park projects taking place.
  • Apparently this is the week for swing, with not one but TWO events taking place – one on Thursday and the other on Saturday.
  • Or if salsa is more your thing…
  • You know the warmer days are upon us when Les Arches opens its “doors” for the season.
  • La Galicienne is also opening up for the spring!
  • Here’s a tasting you don’t find every week – a dried meat degustation at Café à la Bossette.
  • A Gatsby-themed soirée at Casino de Montbenon this Friday night.
  • The Gin and Running group that we’ve told you about is organizing a run and brunch on Sunday.
  • How about brunch and dancing at Arsenic – worth mentioning: they’re providing childcare (***angels singing***)
  • Also, don’t forget the tulip festival in Morges is on until May!
